"We loved the loft— it’s decor, comfort and location. Just an amazing base from which we were able to explore beautiful Santander. It’s only a few blocks up from the waterfront and about a ten minute walk from the Centro Botín museum and the bay cruise launch spot. "I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Pasamos unos dias estupendos, la casa esta muy bien, aunque necesita algunas pequeñas mejoras. Al ser una casa tan grande la nevera se queda pequeña. Estuvimos 15 persona y no nos cabia toda la compra. Por poner una pega, mejoraria las almohadas, la zona de la piscina que esta un poco salvaje, y el sofa cama es para que duerman niños, ya que el colchon no es apto para adultos.
