“The most annoying problem with my stay was that the toilet in my room was so low that every time I sat on it parts of me were in toilet water. To say the least this was an uncomfortable and unsanitary. I’m a man of average height (5’ 11”) and proportions. I don’t think this problem is any way unique to me. “Room was overall clean, but when walking in the shades in the bedroom and”living” area were down. It rained one night we were there and it rained inside our room. The fan below the window in the living room was messed up and the front of it kept coming off. Our room also never got cleaned, trash taken out, or new towels. Had to ask for them.”
