“questo soggiorno è stata una piccola fiaba di poche ore. La casa risale all'Ottocento (è una villa) ed è registrata infatti nel Registro Nazionale statunitense dei luoghi storici. Entrando si viene subito trascinati in un'atmosfera magica perché le varie stanze sono rimaste arredate come un tempo: camini, grandi mobili in legno, palchetti originali e tanti piccoli oggetti curiosi (sarebbe lungo descriverli, vi consiglio una visita sul sito ufficiale della Vrooman Mansion). “Night/early morning staff could be a little kinder”

“Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was firm and I loved that. Would stay again should I pass through the area again. ”

“This was the perfect overnight stop on our road-trip. The rooms were nice, location was safe, breakfast was amazing and the Bar snacks were perfect for a late night snack. I would highly recommend. ”

“Dirty room and lots of things were missing or didn’t work”

“King suite - accessible room. Had a Murphy bed that was a queen size and not a normal king bed as stated and reserved. Room layout was really good and roomy with a nice mini-bar area. Bathroom has some maintenance issues. Shower had some mold on the caulking by the base. Walls had holes in it from trying to hang hand rail by toilet and the toilet is not an ADA high toilet. It was so low it was hard to sit and stand. The wallpaper is peeling off walls in breakfast and dining area. ...

“Breakfast menu was satisfactory, felt tge parking was safe and secured, room could have reviewed once again before guest check in (remaining hair in bathroom shower and the toilet), staff was respectful.”

“Front desk Peggy horrible attitude. Check out time was not til 11am the house keeper came and knocked on door and came right in our room and when had our private sign on our door and she still came on in”

“Breakfast was good and fresh”

“Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).”

“Parking lot is in need of refurbishment. The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly.”

Appena 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Bloomington e 10 minuti da Normal (con un centro molto bello). Colazione degna di nome,visto cosa propone la concorenza di queti tempi. Consiglio a chi passa da queste parti. ”

“Our room was absolutely disgusting stains on sheets and mattress and a dirty band aid let alone the floor not being vacuumed they refused to refund me which I’m still working on I have lots of pictures this is wrong and uncalled for we couldn’t stay there”
