“1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine”

“Specious rooms and very near to the temple. Good food nearby surrounded by mountains. Our toilet was not flushing.”

“Staff is not enough coperative. Room have less space. Adequate room service, like tea, is not available. Mandir distance is not 5mts walking, at least 10mts.”

“Reception was responsive though cleanliness of bed was terrible and staff could not provide clean comforter and very bold to say that hotel didn’t have any clean comforter. We have to live with cover of comforter as a cover. Early morning no tea or coffee. It took their sweet time to serve. Staff education requires to handle customer. ”

“This property is not at all ready for taking the bookings as its under construction and no service is available as this is under construction. Please do not book this property as surronding is full of dirty stuffs and building under construction makes it more worse.i was with my family and it was unsafe as well and not worth of cost listed”

“La struttura dell' hotel si presenta bene, ben curata. Il personale alla reception è assolutamente fantatstica, disponibilissima e competente. La camera si presentava pulita e in buone condizioni di manutenzione. Il ristorante in buone condizioni di pulizia; colazione buona e varia. La scelta alla carta per pranzo e cena era varia e la qualità del cibo buono. Il personale decisamente attento alle esigenze del cliente. Fantastica la palestra, attrezzature nuove e ben tenute!!!! “The resort is located on the outskirts of Nashik. Booking cabs takes longer than usual. Opt for Ola. The front of the resort is kept pretty and the resort pics are from this end. The rest of the resort needs generous landscaping. It is dry and greenery is patchy. The rooms though good arent great. Exposed wires from TV and STB look ugly. Bathroom needs urgent works. “We came here looking for some peace, loud music was being played above our deck in the pool area till 12am and after repeatedly calling them to turn off as per the quiet rules starting 11am, they kept playing till 1am.
