“I read reviews about the rooms being unclean and infested with bugs. The non-smoking room I had did not have any bugs present during our 2 night stay. The room was clean enough, not spotless as the floors didn't get cleaned like they should have. We had reserved 4 adults staying in a 2-queen bedroom and there was only towels and washcloths for 2 people. The staff was prompt in supplying the extra towels when asked. “Front desk employee and breakfast attendant were both very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable, unfortunately annoying late night music playing nearby hotel made rest difficult but no fault of Hampton. Breakfast was delicious.”

“Upon arrival I went to check in and was told the room I booked and paid for was not available as there were “no king bed rooms on the first floor” so I was given a different room of two double beds instead. Not convenient for a couple travelling together nor is it what I paid for. There was also an abundance of black mold throughout the shower and bathroom. There were questionable stains on the linen and towels despite smelling clean. I didn’t expect 5 star hotel accommodations but I expected at...

“The room was disgusting……the sheets had stains the tub/shower was dirty. The towels smelled moldy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking…..just talking….it was that bad. I was suppose to stay two nights, but I left after one. I highly recommend not staying here if you are in the area!”

“I enjoyed my stay due to the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was great because of the variety of options. And, the pool was fun. It would be nice to have a shaded place to relax once you get out of the pool and don't plan on leaving the pool.”
