“Staff was all very nice and the place was spotlessly clean. Our room appeared to have been recently redone. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about. Seemed to be populated mostly by hikers. All and all would stay there again.”

L' hotel e' ben posizionato rispetto ad Harpers Ferry anche se isolato da altre facilita'.Non abbaino consumato la colazione che sembrava minimale e di scarsissima qualità'. Prezzo economico. Nonostante tutto un rapporto sufficiente fra prezzo e qualità'.”

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, but also not super dirty (I used to be a housekeeper, it’s just the easy-to-miss, or hard-to-remember areas that most people don’t care about). “The hotel room seemed like it had been updated not long ago. Nice shower, good bed and linens, closet, etc.. The morning breakfast was quite good. Best was the value for money spent. A clean, decent place for a couple nights, close to everything with many restaurants and shops. Is it the Ritz-Carlton? No, but it's all you need.”

“We did not stay - the elevator was not working & due to health restrictions, my husband cannot walk up/down stairs. Front desk person said they had no rooms on first floor - she was absolutely NOT helpful & constantly contradicted herself. They have not refunded us in full (I paid for 3 nights), but I will continue to obtain a full refund.”
