“We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a mini sink which was very useful for our family since we had 3 young kids. The west elm trundle sofa was very useful for our sleeping arrangement. I would highly recommend this place for any family.”

“The charged me for for daughters room, even after I told them I had my own room. Then I was told my room was at a different hotel down the road. The manager finally found it. Asked about late check out, was told no hotels to full. Then, every night, the room above us had their TV way to loud and were dropping or dragging stuff till about 2am. “I stayed there a week. My only complaint is a massive one. The cleaning staff did not enter my room once to change out my garbage can bins, or change out my towels. I shouldn't have to contact the front desk for new towels or change out my trash bins. Mind boggling. It is obvious they are cutting corners in paying thr cleaning staff or they need to learn, this isn't India. It is the United States of America.”

“Staff was excellent and helpful. Pool was clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked great. Could use some air freshener and clean out dead bugs in the hallway light fixture.”

“I should’ve looked closer at prior reviews. Elevator was broken, toilet rocked, there was a dirty towel outside of the shower when we checked into the room. Sink faucet did not appear to have been cleaned. The air conditioning unit was disgusting and rattled. Booked two nights and only stayed one night”

“The pool was not open. Front desk was not friendly when checking in. When we entered the room the mini fridge had leftover food inside, sheets clean and so was the tub/sink/toilet but everything else had layers of dust. Owners don’t seem to take pride in keeping a well maintained property, overflowing outside trash cans, large handprints on room mirror, dressers drawer missing bottom and other had holes in it. Put sign on door for housekeeping and left room for 9 hours to visit park and no one...

“We’ve stayed once before , nothing fancy but was ok for what we needed so we booked agsin , this time room smaller , tv was ripped off wall and on a small table , no dresser fir clothes and room smelled musty , ask if we could have another room and explained why very nicely, was told would be 10 minutes , ok that’s fine , then she got mad and said , I’ll give money back We sat in car looking for somewhere else , pretty much booked up but found a room at Hilton , 1 left ”

“Even if the first impression was good, Service was bad in everything. We stayed three night and always found beds undone and room not cleaned. The first day the breakfast was decent and sufficient, the coming days we couldn’t find even a yogurt... and only after arguing with the receptionist, who said they were finished, he came back with two full boxes! Not right! In general, place and room were fine with very comfortable mattress. I would come back hoping to find a better service next time....
