“Hotel ubicato in posizione molto comoda alla stazione di Täsch e parcheggio gratuito incluso. Struttura abbastanza nuova e camere molto carine, servizio ok. Peccato solo per la pulizia, niente di drammatico ma in generale non perfettamente pulito (lenzuola, pavimenti, ristorante)”

“This property is amazing. It was, by far, the highlight of our trip traversing Switzerland. Alexandria at check in was amazing. She helped us to navigate and shift our itinerary due to closures. She was beyond kind. Our room, wow, AMAZING! We had a lovely little balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn. We were so very pleased. I highly recommend Schloss Zermatt. Best breakfast and afternoon snacks.”

“Clean rooms. But meh service. Mostly, Tasch closes too early and the view is dominated by the parking structure. Once we left Zermatt, our next lodging stop should have been in Visp.”

“Hotel was further away from the train station then we had thought but that being said the area they are situated was quietier and the Matterhorn views were amazing. We were lucky enough to have a few sunny warm days that made exploring the area even more amazing. The staff was so helpful and the hotel provided all the creature comforts that other hotels have forgotten. I would definitely stay there again.”

“I can only recommend this hotel. They came to pick us up at the train station and drove there on the way back. The room was very nice and the food was amazing!! I'd definitely recommend to book with half-board. ”
