La cura nella scelta di ogni oggetto, la cortesia dello staff e la pulizia impeccabile fanno di questo luogo un posto speciale. La colazione è abbondante, gli ingredienti freschissimi e di qualità. C'è una buona scelta a buffet e in aggiunta un piatto caldo cucinato al momento. Super consigliato!”

“The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. We stayed in a room named Helvellyn and Expedia didn’t state any issues with any rooms. If we had booked direct with the queens head it details the room helvellyn as having issues with noise etc due to it’s proximity to the kitchen. I think Expedia have been misleading not detailing the facts about that particular...

“Great location for Windermere, and the food was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return if in the area.”

“Clean and spacious room, sitting by the fire in the bar is lovely. Breakfast was delicious, however the room was freezing, the amazing staff member serving breakfast did turn on the heating but it didn't help much. ”

“At last, a hotel that ticks all the boxes! You know, however good the hotel, there’s always something not quite right. Not here. Warm welcome, polite and attentive staff, first call food (the breakfast is amazing), comfortable bedroom, on site parking. Definitely staying here again”
