“First and foremost, Joe is the ultimate host. Whenever I had a question, he answered immediately. He shared so much information about the area, as to shopping, eating, etc., and was clear about the many extras in this home. The environment is simply charming. It’s inviting and happy. Each room is coordinated and comfortable, especially the mattresses! Just when you think upstairs is awesome, you discover there’s a whole lot MORE downstairs, including bedrooms, game rooms, and a tv/ relaxation...

“Group of 9 ladies stayed here for a conference in Lynchburg. The host was amazing, answering my 5 million questions. The house was clean and the master bed was sooooooo comfortable. There were so many special touches that made us feel so very welcome! It was 20 min from Lynchburg and was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Everyone loved the house! ”

“The apartment is located three stories above a bluff overlooking a coble street with very slow traffic, a park, the excellent James River Heritage Trail, railroad tracks and a view of the river (My favorite spot was on the balcony with the view). A high pedestrian area with a multitude of restaurants to choose from. Parking is free but about a block away”
