“We arrived at the hotel at 4pm and were immediately hit by a nasty smell in the lobby. We checked in went to our room to find out that it was not the room we booked. We had booked a double bed and 2 single bed room. We were given a double bed and 1 single bed. We went to reception to find put they gave the room we booked to someone else. They offered to cancel our reservation so we chose that option and had to book somewhere else.”

“Nice and clean too, the view is good, But the way and the road to get to it is really tricky and not easy. The only easy way to connect and contact with the owner is via Whatsapp, (I never seen the owner,, someone there handed me the key and that was it) It was cold 2 nights there, and I asked the owner (via WhatsApp) to turn on the heat (as I have 3 kids) , he respond with "OK", the heat never got turned on, and the apartment stayed cold. I had to leave one night early than my reservation...
