“Staff was wonderful, I think I inadvertently insulted one of the staff in the elevator, I am hard of hearing and misunderstood him, but he was still polite (my husband told me later). Please pass on my apologies to that very nice veteran. Our stay was great with a yummy breakfast!”

“Beautiful view from our large room. Conveniently located, which was so helpful - there weren't many options in the area. Friendly staff and parking available right in front. The only downside was no elevator, so we had to lug our suitcases upstairs. Otherwise, it was great! We visit the area at least once a year, and I'm sure we'll stay there again!”

“Clean room, family friendly, and came out of town just to soak in the tub. The adult hours for the spa are wonderful, and the 12 curfew is great! ”

“Room was clean & super quiet. You should have a variety of teas in the hallway - not just green & black tea (ie: ginger, raspberry, chamomile, etc). Also, your non-dairy creer should be better quality (coconut creamer) rather than packets of chemicals, ugh! Read the creamer ingredients - all chemicals - that isnt food…..”

“Room carpet was dirty and sticky. They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard ”

“For a Motel, this is well ran. For 1, the towels were as fluffy and soft as can be, which was great. Bring your own shower kit (soaps and whatnot), if you stay in motels you should plan on that anyway. Everything was very clean, some spots I saw could have been a little better, but nothing that was a big deal. It was cleaner than some hotels I've been to. The linens felt very nice, good quality. WiFi was good and fast! The folks running the place were very friendly. You can tell it's family...
