If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A remote location with beautiful views. Lots of space to spread out and relax. While the robes in every room were thoughtful, we would have appreciated a box or two of Kleenex. Checkout was a breeze.

We take a family vacation every year and have stayed in many Vrbo homes. With 4 couples and 2 teenagers it is a challenge to find a rental that provides comfort to all. This one did, having enough seating and dishes, but having 2 sleep on couches in the same room was not ideal. Thankfully they are teenagers who seem to be able to sleep anywhere, although their complete lack of privacy was a drawback. On arrival the garbage can was full and the ice maker didn’t work. Thankfully the property manager responded right away so we had ice that night.
