“We had a nice, clean room that smelled great. I’m sensitive to noise and sounds and it was great. We didn’t dine in, but did enjoy a cup of coffee and the water bottle filling station. Superb view of the river!”

“The staff was great but our check was not. I have a 6 foot 3 wheelchair man. Booked a wheelchair room but couldn’t get him in the bathroom it only had a bathtub. They changed rooms that accommodated us but the soap stuff was across from the wheelchair seat. We went to use the shower handle and it fell off the wall. It was not fixed for our stay. “Room was clean and fresh. The only complaint was the about sleeping. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Sheets woven and scratchy and pillows Lilly. Very quiet environment with coffee and tea in lobby. The one by the coffee has a machine that provides hot water but it was brown from coffee so needs cleaning. Didn’t use the workout room but was cold and clean. Pool looked okay. No hot tub. Staff helpful. Given two free drinks at check in for the Swinging Bridge next door where...

“Hot tub was shut down. Appliances in room was controlled by a light switch that we didnt know of so our fridge was shut off all night & we lost our freezer food, milk etc. Also wasn't aware that they rent rooms monthly & the government pays for people to stay there. Most have been staying there for over a year. We will never be back to this hotel.”
