“We stayed for a short weekend in Norfolk, decided on this stunning hotel. Was welcomed nicely in by the reception desk staff, room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. “No air conditioning, staff wasn’t knowledgeable about local restaurants, 10 lb charge for early check in, another person that was staying there ate dinner at about 5:00 pm and he left his silverware and a mess on the table and no staff person cleaned it up till the following morning. “The location was easy to find using satnav and the access is very easy. There is ample parking in a quiet location. An unusual feature is that all rhe rooms are purpose built modern units detached from the much older public house part which also houses the restaurant. There is also a beer garden area with some shade. The benefit of this layout is that there are no staircases or lifts to navigate to get to your room.
