“Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.”

“Was clean. Staff ok. No thermostat in room. Open window to cool. Note on wall to tell you this. Then you hear traffic. Coffee not working. Sink clogged. If all you need is a place to sleep this is it. ”

“the rooms where very clean, but the area around is not so good, to go to the centre of Anchorage you will need about 45 minutes by walk one way, but it is a good point for activities, but it will be better, to rent a car, because bus station is not near and the bus don't go very often”

“The place was very clean and cozy. They were very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was delish, especially the French toast. Maria and her husband were nuce, friendly and helpful. It was home away from home. Thanks for a great stay!”

“I could not find a hairdryer and requested from front desk and waited for a half hour and they still didn’t deliver to room which the front desk said they would and they haven’t my hair is long and it was 16 degrees out still winter so I used my curling iron to dry my hair, not happy with the customer services I actually had the male housekeeper to look in the bathroom to see that the hairdryer was missing and tell him to relay to front desk. Still no delivery of hairdryer. :(”

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”
