“Hotel was good, staff was very nice and helpful. But online it says all inclusive and it’s not, you have to pay an additional fee for it to be all inclusive.”

“Location was great my biggest issue was parking. You had to park in the hospital lot because it's on their property. 3 to $18 every day. You get a break if you only spend 15 min on the lot.”

“The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! I...

“You definitely need parking on the are. First impression is not the best, it was homeless people on the surroundings and the property was locked. Once inside everything is different, the environment feels save. Very close to viejo San Juan. ”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“We got there 30 minutes prior check in time and we called paid the extra 30 minutes for the lockbox not to work waited for someone to come and opened with a screwdriver and by the time we got in was regular checked in time.
