“Our room was very nice. We had one minor issue which was resolved quickly. We really enjoyed the proximity of the lobby bar and roof top bar. Both of these were excellent. We will stay here again. Staff was great.”

“The parking for the property was aweful. No room at all and was charged 22 bucks for it. But the rest was pretty good. I guess the frosted shower door to the bathroom being in the middle of the room made me feel as if I were on display while showering as well.”

“The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is very large and the room was always cleaned impeccably! The staff was extremely conscious about cleaning up after the breakfast patrons and the pool area was kept well stocked with towels and was nice and clean as well. The breakfasts were lovely and so tasty! “At check in the gentleman with longer hair barely even looked up at us. Once in our room we discovered yellow crusty stuff on our bed. We let the front desk know and said that we would be out for a while and would like it to be addressed before we got back. Over 4 hours later when we returned it was still there. We went back to the front desk and spoke with the same gentleman with a beard and glasses that we had brought the problem to earlier. He told us housekeeping was gone for the day now and...

“The room was nice and fairly large with an excellent rain shower head. Had an issue with the toilet when we arrived but it was fixed very quickly. Convenient location to the Plaza. We've stayed everywhere on the Plaza and this would rank in the upper 1/3 of places.”
