“Appartamento impeccabile, super luminoso, pulito e con tutto il necessario per soddisfare almeno 4 persone (pentole, piatti, bicchieri , ecc). Garage comodissimo, anche con auto grande siamo riusciti senza problema ad entrare nel posto ed uscire. Posizione centrale, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Annecy e comodamente servito da autobus, stazione a due passi. Negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle strade adiacenti. “We like to book via VRBO because we can use their app to communicate with the host. Unfortunately this host is not there to see to the check-in and check-out. Her concierge for the check-in could only contact us via email due to our limitations and him not having access to VRBO. We had to wait for him to be available. On checkout it was someone else and the host did not let them know that we could only communicate via email so we had to take our chance and leave the keys under the mat....

“I stayed with my three college aged children. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Living room furniture seemed a little tired looking but linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! It was quite hot the weekend we were there. I would suggest making fans available to guests since there was no air conditioning. Quick walk from train station and close to everything!! Highly recommend!”
