“Property is under construction, so it was a mess. I wish I’d known before booking. We got in late, and there was a loud knock on our door at 9am, even though checkout isn’t until noon… no announcement of housekeeping or anything, just an “oh sorry, thought you left already”. It was weird. There was also some random hairs in the tub, which made us concerned about cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was pretty sad, no hot water left for tea, no gluten free options other than yogurt and a banana, no...

“The property does accept pets, although we did not have one this trip. Staff was professional and friendly, we did not need much from them so our interaction was minimal. Room was clean and we had not complaints for concerns. It is nicely located right across from the main hot pools in the town. Everything is with in walking distance which is one of the reasons we love it here. ”
