“The room A/C was only just tolerable in this miserable climate. The desk clerk was rude and snippy. (Hire somebody white to get an IQ over 75 next time, Best Western.) The "desk" had a damaged leg and wobbled. The bathroom floor was greasy and the towels rather thin. The TV was not connected to the Internet and had no antenna for over-the-air channels, making it unwatchable. The Internet connection failed, in fact, and had to reconnect several times. “"Breakfast" was a coffee machine, a juice machine, and a tiny fridge with single serve yogurts. That's it. Air Con smelled liked someone urinated into it. Electrical plugs were covered with tape so you could not use them to charge a phone, use a laptop, etc. Horrible experience. ”

“Nothing worked! Door to parking lot key access would not work door had to be propped open. Tv in first room did not work nor did the air conditioner. Moved to another room which I didn’t notice had a queen bed which my husband is tall and always sleeps in a king. There the tv by the bed didn’t work either so no tv in bed.
