“The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle.”

“Big suite, big value. Not bougie, definitely not a Ritz-Carlton - just clean and spacious at a great price point.”

“We have stayed at the Burgundy Hotel many times when coming to Little Rock. It's very conveniently located and the rooms are nice. Diara, one of the associates at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, our stay went well. Just one hiccup- we were traveling with our pet Maltese, and I call ahead to find out the hotel's policy and was told that the pet fee would be $200 at which point I asked if it was refundable and the associate checked with a manager while I was on the phone...

“On our last 2 stays, AC didn't cool very well and breakfast buffet wasn't kept fully stocked. We stay here often but was disappointed with our last 2 visits.”

“Room was foul smelling, only 2 towels for 4 people. No handtowels washcloths. Pullout bed had stains and no sheets.”

“Breakfast had no meat just sasuage and gravy. Mattress and pillows are terrible.”
