Hotel vicino a Arrowhead Provincial Park - Huntsville

“Lovely hotel close to arrowhead provincial park and just a short drive from Huntsville. Super clean! The host personally escorted me over to the room. I didn't get the opportunity to try the cafe but will do so if I ever have the opportunity. ”

“Stayed overnight in room 302 called the "Wolf's Den". It was a beautiful wolf themed room overlooking the water. The whole resort is beautifully decorated. It's clean and in a very beautiful area. The resort has It's own private beach. We loved our stay here. Will definitely return!”

“Struttura vecchissima. Camera sporca e fatiscente. Sotto al frigorifero era pieno di muffa. Problemi al check in perche' la mia carta di credito dicevano fosse diversa dalla carta utilizzata per pagare. In realta l operatore stava considerando il numero di carta expedia e non il mio. Colazione ridicola servita in una stanzetta con 2 tavolini. Albergo peggiore di sempre”

“Struttura in posizione tranquilla e sul lago, con bel tramonto, ma piuttosto datata. La nostra camera era un po' consumata, con bagno molto piccolo e doccia molto rumorosa, per cui si sentivano quelle dei vicini. Abbiamo trovato solo due asciugamani per quattro persone. Letto però molto comodo. Colazione piuttosto semplice.”

“Nice cabin...nice view of the lake. Beds as hard as rock ...pillows worse. Two nights ...neither of us slept well. Staff??? Never saw any. Online check-in...given door code. That's it Didn't like parking our truck half a mile away from our cabin. Terrible set up.”

“The staff were kind and helpful, but the hotel is in serious need of updates. The ceiling in our room still had visible brown stains from previous water damage, and the bathroom would benefit from having a fan to reduce condensation. The property is also in desperate need of an elevator, as carrying large luggage up and down the stairs was extremely difficult. The room could also be better equipped with amenities such as a microwave and kettle, since not everyone drinks coffee. When I requested...

“Nice and quiet location very close to Algonquin Park entrance. ”

“Excellent view. Right on the water. The cleaning staff were completely on top of everything. Quiet place. One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did.”

“The staff member was waiting outside in the snow for me when I arrived. He helped us get set up inside and start the fireplace it was so cozy!”
