“The breakfast was practically nonexistent , out of waffle batter,only 2 yogurt cups, 4 slices of bread no rolls or pastry or muffins. Our room was not clean will never stay there again.”

“A good place to lay your head in a crunch, otherwise you get what you pay for. Room was clean but the breakfast was not good at all. I was only able to make a waffle and that's it. But again, get what you pay for.”

“Good location to visit the KC Zoo and Starlight Theater. Our room and the hotel in general looks a bit in rough shape. Could use an update. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made up for some of the physical issues with the building.”

“It was horrible, ice machine broken, filthy room, the floors made my feet black, handicap accessible room yet we could not maneuver a wheelchair in past the bed.”

“The pictures on the site are deceiving, room was much smaller than expected we traveled with our dog so needed to have room for her kennel wasn’t much space to move around it, the bathroom had visible water damage and mold spots, very outdated, mold in the hallway on carpet, smelled like pot everywhere. Breakfast was gone before 8:30 and no one was there to attend to the area. The ac was loud and sounded like rats running in the wall when kicked off. ”

“My stay at this establishment was an unmitigated disaster. 1st the picture of the room and building online is doesn’t correlate . The room was a mess, with dirt and grime everywhere, and the air was thick with a foul smell. The carpet looks like it was changed a decade ago. The building's entrance didn't exactly inspire confidence either, with a strong scent of weed hanging in the air.
