“What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the people and the facility showed pride and care in going the extra mile. Rooms, hallway, dining area were all immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were politely helpful and kind. Loved the room layout and it was beyond comfortable. “We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization”

“Overall it was an ok stay, why, because the beds were very lumpy and didn't offer much back support while sleeping. We found ourselves tossing and turning through out the night. The breakfast wasnt much to desire either. The pancake machine was down, the oatmeal looked as if it were saved over from the day before as it was dry and literally bottom bucket style looking. If breakfast opened at 0700 and we arrived at 0730 then how did it get to look and be the way it did? Normally the experience...

“Rooms were cheaply renovated. Breakfast ends earlier then what they say. They'll chase you out right at check out time though.”

“Rooms are only cleaned at the customer’s request. We asked for fresh towels every day even if the room wasn’t cleaned, but did not get any until the third day. The desk chat was broken and dangerous to sit in. We reported it, but the person at the front desk said the maintenance man was not there. They never fixed it. It’s an adequate place to sleep for the night, so don’t expect any elegance. It’s an older hotel but fine for one night.”

“The staff was rude. When I check in they didn't greet me. Then gave me a room that was already being used by another person who was not in the room at the time , but the belongings was. Went back to the counter and told the person. He got upset. Then gave me another room. Didn't say when breakfast was. Didn't say that the pool was closed. He didn't say anything at all. Just shoved a key card at me. No room number said. Had to look for room number on key card. Tub in room was stained. No...
