“Great property. The host left very clear instructions throughout the house which we really appreciated. Every room was well furnished with remotes for the lights, fans, and window shades. They even had phone chargers spread around the house making it convenient to keep our phones topped up. Great property, highly recommended for large families.”

“Had the opportunity to meet the owner and his mom and her friend. Great conversations had, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.”

“The house was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! Great communications with the host! I would definitely vacation at the home again if we stay in Pismo beach again!”

“Seamless stay. We just needed one night and worked out nicely. Will more than likely stay here again. Easy communication and simple home.”

“Kimmy, our host provided great information prior to check in. Loved that there was a beach wagon and umbrella available on site to take to the beach. The location is close to both Pismo and Avila. Our visit included “older” guests- wish there was a bedroom on the ground floor- but that was my bad for not looking more closely. The place is great. Pots/towels/basics were available and excellent.”

“It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! Host, Jon were quick to reply when we reached out. Couldn't have been better! Also had left us an unexpected...

“We had the best weekend here! We stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding weekend and it was a perfect fit! Has everything you need for a great weekend with friends and family! The game room was amazing! Everything was clean and comfy!”

“We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive. ”
