“We had a good stay at Black Lake Mountain Retreat. Loved that there was a small fenced in back yard for our dogs. They are not very big so it would have been better if the grass was cut but it worked out fine. Not much traffic so we could go for walks with the dogs. There was plenty of room inside the house and it was stocked with everything that you need.”

“Loved the convenience of not having to check in. Mattress was very comfortable. Room had a fan and space heater to heat and cool the room. ”

The artwork by one of the hosts fills the space and sets the mood. Love the location, just 15 minutes from the middle of town but far enough out to give you wonderfully wide views of the mountains and valley. Perfect for star gazing. Would definitely stay here again. ”
