“Street parking was the best option here and cheaper then hotel 30 a day.This hotel is the best I've been to in Calgary loved had separate room with king and a decent sofa bed , kitchen and living area was great, could use more stuff to cook , but with all the great restaurants who would want to.The view was awesome of downtown, don't need a car to enjoy this place .close to light rail transit , get around many places in Calgary quickly.”
“Everything was great, you're close to the CORE Shopping Mall and lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and had new appliances, only complaint we had in our room was the sliding doors weren't closing properly.”

We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. A special thanks to **Tryphine at reception**—she was incredibly **helpful, kind, and professional**, making our check-in process very smooth. Her warm welcome set the tone for our entire stay.
The room was clean and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return in the future!
