“Very good hotel. We've been there for a stop-over: it's a convenient location close to the highway (and nice shopping malls too); the staff has been very professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Very much appreciated also the availability 24/7 of hot coffee and tea. The indoor pool with Jacuzzi, everything accessible, has also been very much appreciated. The room was spacious and with very comfortable beds. The large availability of parking (for free) made the short stay...

“Honestly, best placed I’ve stayed in Albany area. Very accommodating and the pool was absolutely great. My toddler had an absolute blast! Will stay again.”

“It is the old cliche, you get what you pay for. We stayed one night, so for the price it was ok. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Waffle maker wasn’t working properly. Coffee was ok. The other breakfast options were package oatmeal and bagels. There was no yogurt, muffins or fruit. Just off 87 so convenient. Plenty of restaurants near by. Had a good size fridge.”

“Stinky, full of flies. Garbage over flowing. Staff not on the desk, cheap breakfast, not ready to provide required number of towels - for 3 people they gave us 2 towels and initially denied to give one more. the place is very very shady. For hot water you have to wait 15+ mins, ac was off when we entered, and my friend’s room it was not working. No elevator. You had to walk through Dungen like stairs which again does not have AC. Overall terrible experience. I would give negative five star...
