“Great staff . They were very accommodating. The hotel was clean throughout and the rooms were comfy . The complimentary breakfast was great and a very nice addition. The mall and lots of restaurants are near . Would definitely recommend. ”

“Four things could make it better.
1.I could not sleep in the bed because I could not get into it - way too high and I'm not a short person.
2. Have sheets in the sofa bed. I had to sleep with no covers or anything the first night.
3. Provide more than one wastebasket.
4. Remote instructions. It took us quite awhile to figure it out and then we had to try to figure out what we did again.

“Mainstay Suites has been a perfect option for my daughter as she competes for Miss Virginia. It is quiet, but only 8 minutes away from the competition at Hotel Roanoke or the Berglund Center. Also…there is plenty of room for all the clothes she needs to bring for pageant week! The staff was excellent, responsive, and accommodating! ”
