“Fun stay at a neat old inn in a very convenient and lovely location, walking distance to good food and shopping. This is an older hotel that doesn’t have all the updated and most modern conveniences but if it did, it would be twice as expensive and I probably would not have stayed there. And it would probably lose some of its charm. “This is a spectacular property. See other reviews for details. I would warn other that the check in tech was not able to find my reservation. Help button at the unmanned desk did not summon anyone. I had to find the confirmation email and call the number. I was then given the wrong room number by that person. I think the link between Expedia and the property is weak, and the timing of the texts the property sends was late to me.”

“We found our check-in to be accomodating especially since I have mobility issues. Our room was to be on the second floor and we were provided with a first floor upgrade at a nominal fee. It was quiet with a comfortable bed . We did find that our operation of the television was quite difficult. We feel there should have been more explanation on its control. “Upon checking in, gal at the front desk said there were no rooms available. I had e-mail confirmation from Expedia but this didn't sway her. I ended up at the Marriott down the road. I will not use Expedia to book a room or flight ever again.”
