“We got to the hotel at 9:30 pm, the front desk clerk was very nice, our room was awesome, we had a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was very well maintained and had three fountains going into the pool, the spa was great, it was big and bubbles like a hot tub. Breakfast was different everyday which was great. Will stay again. The only con I would say is they don’t have cleaning staff at night to get more towels or things to the room, you have to go to the front desk for those items.”

“This hotel is not being maintained. After a long day of hiking and exploring the local waterfalls there was NO HOT WATER for showers with 2, 7 year old kids! and on top of it, the staff took well over an hour of jumping around 4 rooms at 11pm before giving up on the ideal of a hot shower and having to leave at 3:45am for our flight! One of the rooms tubs also wouldn’t drain either after testing the shower,and phone not working to even be able to call the seat about the problems. WASTED TIME...
