“Staff is super friendly. Getting into the parking can be a bit of a challenge as the entrance is a bit awkward. Plenty of places to eat that are within walking distance if you dont mind hoofing it.”

“No washcloths or cups in room. Bathroom sink faucet was literally falling off. I couldn’t imagine that it hadn’t been reported prior or housekeeping hadn’t reported. Breakfast was good.”

“Hotel well positioned with lots a rounded it from a super market, fun centre, multiple restaurants and only 15mins from the Utah Mammoth training facility and shopping mall in Sandy. Staff were awesome, rooms are spacious and the gym/pool have great actability ”

“Property is appealing, welcoming lobby with games, billiards, comfy seating. The television in one of our rooms would not connect to internet for streaming and even live television wasn't available. When the front desk was notified, they said they couldn't help and brushed me away. My mother was in the same room and approached the desk after me and was told the same, asked for management and eventually a front desk staff came to the room with the maintenance person on the phone and tried several...

“They charged me a smoking fee and I don't smoke. It put a 270.00 hold on my card and just caused so many issues. It got resolved but It caused a ton of issues with my bank. ”
