“Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here.”

“The room was clean but the view from window is dirty. The AC is strong but the bathroom fan doesn’t work. The pan was dirty and had oil in it when we arrived.”

“Tipico Motel americano, pulito ma molto datato, specialmente i bagni che andrebbero rimodernati. Lavandino con ruggine. Il personale è molto gentile, la posizione molto buona, nel centro di falmouth.”

“We stayed only one night. The bar staff were excellent. The drinks and food were great. Room was clean. Bed was hard and lumpy, pillows too thin. Pool looked nice. Good location for getting around but it is next to a community activity center and we had quite a bit of game noise until about 9:00 pm. Definitely would stay there again”

“You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed.”

“Rooms completely remodeled à little over a year ago, clean and neat. Happy we did not trust the old reviews which dont do the hotel justice.”

“Had a great stay with my family. Only drawback were the thin walls. Each morning we were awaken (5:30 A.M.) by the small children next door running and yelling. Outside of that I would stay again and recommend Tides but with that warning.”

“Absolutely disgusting- the smell hit me when I walked up the front desk. Entire second floor reeked of skunked beer and cigarettes, dirty floors, dead bugs at the corners of the bed, CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE PILLOWS. Stains on the bedspread, stains in the tub, scuffs and stains on the toilet seat, the list goes on and on. I’m not a snob by any means and I’ve stayed in plenty of roadside motels, but this was over the top. It was beyond clear the room was cleaned completely half assed and the sheets...
