“I stayed here over the holidays and was impressed with the service at this hotel! Every single staff member was exceptional. I had made a few phone calls a few weeks up to the stay and spoke to a different person each time. There was someone different at the front desk every day and every single interaction was enjoyable. “dated hotel. all the upgrades are lobby, sort of. nothing done in elevator, guest floors, ice machine placements. staff is great mostly. clean bedding, comfy beds. needs some serious attention to cleaning vents, window sills, bathroom ventilation, tub plugs.”
