Noisy, not counting renovations.

Put in accessible which is fine. Sink but no countertop to hold toiletries, etc. shower without hot water. Dial seemed to stop (at 12:00) before getting to the H section (10:00). Next door to some type of club with music going until after 2 am. Finally found a white mouse app to try to drown out. Had to use data, wi-go worked about 10 minutes before I lost it. No work done. Sink and shower faucets dropped. Something sticky on bedside table. Bug - thankfully only one. Multiple stains on carpet. Hard towels. Did not try the free breakfast. Never asked about our stay at checkout. Never again.

Completely gross. The room had trash under the bed, sheets were dirty. Smelled awful. We asked for a second room which was slightly cleaner but none of us slept well.,staff was generous but rooms were absolutely gross.

Manageble overnight hotel stay, as long as not asking for more than a night sleep. If you look for ammenities, this Hotel may not have, but is super clean for being a lower end hotel!

Staff was great! I was able to get the last room at the facility they are doing renovations so parking is a little messed up and the interior is cluttered when I arrived at my room and turn on the lights I started looking around I noticed black marks on the walls when I walked up to the bed I could see small black insects on the sheets and a couple of black marks were some of them have been killed as well but comforter and top she was slightly stained I was so tired that I didn’t even bother calling the front desk because I knew it was the last room they had I know that in the hotel business it is very hard to control bedbugs and insects but you still must make sure the sheets and comforters are clean and there are no marks on the walls were someone has killed insect as I went to pull the comforter back there with a large insect walking across the top of the pillow we have always referred to them as stinkbugs but I captured him open the window and tossed him out even with the renovations this should not be a problem

Great as last minute choice with dog

This hotel was perfectly adequate for us and our small dog for one night. We were having our hardwood refinished and needed to vacate our home for the night. The price was right, pets were allowed and it was convenient to our home. Hotel staff were friendly, the room was clean and beds comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for short stays. There are many good ethnic restaurants within a short distance.

Pro: not much could have paid the same for a 4 star hotel
Contro: cleanliness of hotel, better staff, better elevators, access in and out of the hotel
Posizione: took 45 min to get to our destination that was only 5 miles away
Brought my family there for Spring Break Visit...were currently doing renovations and everything seemed to be falling apart at the hotel. The ceiling had water damage and the air conditioning system was dirty and needed cleaning. Room was not cleaned well and bed was definitely not clean. My family were itching the ENTIRE NIGHT!. I never give reviews, but if u need a quick place to stay...this is still not the PLACE!...I hope the renovations improve the condition of the hotel. Understaffed with front desk and housekeeping could have been better.
