Pro: Convenient location to CHOA
Contro: At least stop all the loitering around the hotel property and in the lobby......NOT a good look.
Posizione: Close to Children Hospital of Atlanta but across the street from the Pink Pony an Adult entertainment joint.
Seedy hotel and across the street is an Adult entertainment joint, there were shady characters hanging outside the hotel as well as in the hotel lobby. I would never have thought this would be the case in downtown Buckhead......Wow!

OK but ordinary

Pro: Location to the meetings we were going to.
Contro: Breakfast menu upgraded. check the heater system out and monitor hall noise after hours
Posizione: Easy to get too off I85. OK location if you don't mind a Hispanic night club and Red Pony strip club across the street.
No blankets when the room cooled down and the ac/heater did not function while we were there. Breakfast was adequate but no hot food other than waffle maker, toaster and microwave. Cereal and pastries staple.

They charged me twice the company is refusing to refund my money plus it was nasty the rooms stink and not clean at all

That place where all the workers friends hang out.

Pro: Location/Price name Wyndham
Contro: Everything. Cleanliness-seemed unimportant as the dirty carpet in front of my room was never cleaned. Friends hanging out at the counter all day.
Posizione: Restaurants that are not very good.
Completely untrained staff will let you wait while there are 3 of them there doing..."something" behind the check in counter.

Mold & bad attitudes

The girl @ the front desk had a horrible attitude. There was mold in the bathroom in the first room they gave me. The second room didn't have a microwave. Didn't bother asking for a third room since my WHOLE trip was ruined by Microtel. I stayed @ 3 different ones this one trip. It went from bad to worse. I will never use Microtel again and I would NOT recommend this chain.

It's a cheap hotel.

Pro: relatively cheap.
Contro: staffmanner, water temperature, maintenance.
Posizione: Location is good for buckhead area business.
Hotel staff is not very professional. Water was not hot enough. There is a light above the bed, but the switches are away from bed... cannot use while you are on bed. There is no light on the desk... so desk is useless. shower curtain rail was attached loosely. The cafeterria is way too small.

El hotel esta localizado al lado de un billar y es ruidoso en las noche. El aseo es muy deficiente. El internet nunca funcionó y no lo solucuonaron

Microtel ATL

I checked in Fri Jan 20,2017 The hotel lobby wreeked a smell, the carpet was dirty in the lobby, corridor and the room with debre and gum I was assigned to room 221 there was feces in the toilet, the shower rod was broken, light fixtures were broken and hanging with exposed wires The pillow cases, the sheet and the cover blankets had holes and feces. Pillows were of poor quality. It was late when I got back to my room I didn't want to bother hotel staff with my findings. I slept at the end of the bed cautiously and covered with a shirt where I rest my head Next day I showed the custodians and they agreed it was feces. I then went and complained to manager privately. He immediately changed my room and offered that I get reinburst the first night providing that I tell my complaint to Expedia and Expedia call and ask for the returned money for the first night stay The room I was switched was great looking and smelling but had roaches roaming but over all I was happy with the switch. This hotel Microtel have potential. After renovations I will consider another chance to reserve with them again Experian please follow up with the reinburstment thank you in advance LF
