“MY favorite place to stay while in Atlantic Beach!”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ ⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel because of the beautiful oceanfront view. Unfortunately, the view was the only highlight of our stay. The room was not clean. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty, and the room felt old, small, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness should never be an issue at any hotel. The customer service was even more disappointing. I asked a housekeeper to clean our room while my grandson and I were out. She said she would, but when we returned around...

“Upon check in.. we received a comment about lack of communication from Expedia's side towards hotel.. none the less.. our rooms were not ready at check nor were they ready until close to 7 pm!! Lack of communication from staff regarding who would bring linen/ towels. .. to our rooms... come to find out it was no one.. we had to go get our own.. we had stayed here previously a few yrs ago but was nothing like this... like the staff and lack of attentiveness or basic knowledge to give us as to...

“The room was lovely. Very clean. I had a king studio with balcony. There was a keurig coffee maker with a few k cups provided. I loved the room. The breakfast was ok - I wouldn’t order the quiche again, but the lemon bread was great. The lobby had hot coffee and hot water, but no cold water to fill a refillable water bottle. Since I stayed at the end of June and it was hot, I was disappointed to fill my water bottle from the tap.”

I called to have the bed turned over and was told that there were no clean sheets available because housekeeping was gone for the day, but that I could come down and grab a comforter if I wanted…with my 3 small children in tow, one not yet walking, but they did end up bringing the comforter up to me. The advertised queen beds were more like a full and felt like I was sleeping on a board,...

“My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our two children. It was quiet, and pretty clean. You could tell they are still in the process of making improvements to the place. But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. It was a nice little weekend getaway.”
