“I wanted to share a warning regarding this hotel. While it is an option for a last-minute stay under $100, the experience was disappointing. The parking lot appeared deserted, and the lobby did not match the photos posted online. There was plexiglass installed throughout the reception area, which was quite telling. Additionally, my room was missing basic amenities, including an iron and a cover for the ironing board. I would recommend looking elsewhere if possible.”

“Only real draw back is I had a partial oceanfront balcony that was located on Same side as the Tropicana hotel. The noise being generated from the roof top mechanisms and vents made it unbearable to sit on the balcony ”

“I had a above expectations stay here. I have stayed at a few spots around Ventor, and this one stands out above the rest. When they say "breakfast included", it's usually a cereal bar or something. Not here! A huge cooked to order omelet, generous side of fruit salad, toast, potatoes, made fresh, fast and delivered with a smile no less! “The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends.”

“Stayed from Sunday to Tuesday. Room was nice, clean ( not up to my standard clean but ok), comfortable. No microwave in the room which would’ve been great. Beds were very very comfortable. Shower was great. Staff not so friendly or informative at check in and check out. The restaurant was not open Monday or Tuesday which was very disappointing. “stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte). Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella.”
