“Room, badsheets and washroom were very dirty. Washrooms did not have lights and bedroom was blocked. Staffs were uncooperative when issues above were raised. I had to check out one night earlier. Good parking spaces and close to shops.”

“Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise”

“Very clean, much quieter than we expected too. Well appointed rooms with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend, would be hard to beat for value!”

“Was in an excellent location. Very reasonable re price.was clean but a bit dated in the kitchen bathroom area.need sweeping up outside as leaves and greenery everywhere. The only thing l thought was that there no maps or info as to what facilities and amenities were around.like the pool. shopping .buses.theatre .and beaches for people that did not know the area”

“Handy location a short drive from the AUT Millennium pool and Westfield Albany. Rooms are modern and very clean. It would be great if face cloths could be provided, and also a duvet cover large enough to fit the bed. Also we had our 2 kids with us so enough cutlery for the family would be helpful. Great value for money overall.”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Amenities suited us for our purposes, the bed was a bit hard for my liking though and the pillows need replaced.”
