“Mattress and bedding was very comfortable. Stains on couch and carpet. Bedside table had a greasy residue. Hand soap dispenser was pulling out of wall. When we arrived house keeper was mopping lobby and dining room, and the smell of the sour mop was super strong. Breakfast room had messy tables in the morning-it was a very busy weekend.”

“Room was clean but toilet didn’t work on first night there, old toilet. Didn’t realize they’re undergoing renovations or we wouldn’t have stayed there. Women’s bathroom in common area was out of order so we couldn’t even use that one & men’s bathroom was dirty!! We couldn’t get another room since it was booked full. ”

“The hotel is in excellent condition with the rooms being clean and well equipped. They’re are usb ports and outlets all over the room. Breakfast/resturaunt area is well equipped and delicious. ”

“When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! The room was clean, and the shower was well maintained with plenty of accessories thoughtfully stocked in the room.
