“Even though I booked my room 2 months in advance , upon arrival found out my room had been canceled due to overbooking. Staff would not help finding another room for me. Asked to talk to a manager and was told one was not available until the morning. Left my name and number and was never contacted. ”

“Staff at check in very helpful. Room very clean but public areas lobby halls etc dingy need deep cleaning and tlc. Lights and outlets next to bed did not work. HVAC fine. Shower was abysmal. Not enough pressure to rinse out shampoo or soap. Either head is clogged or pipes inadequate. Either way very medicore stay. Breakfast pretty bare or basic. Look elsewhere ”

“When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! This is the first time in my life that I have stayed at a hotel that ran out of hot water. The room was not clean. There were hairs on the...

“Dirty room, no toilet paper in our room or at the hotel at all. There was one employee working, they brought us a half used roll of toilet paper. Sketchy area.”
