“The staff is fabulous, the room was clean and it was quite. The breakfast has a good chice. Biscuits and gravy hard boiled eggs, cereal or waffles, also coffee or hot tea and orange juice or apple.”

“The room was very spacious, clean, a nice atmosphere with comfortable beds. The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. The room also had a couple of extra pull-out tables to use. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast that was put out each morning near the lobby. The location of the hotel was great. There is a steak house right next door, which is only a few steps away. There is also a theater, ice cream shop, and a convenient store all within walking distance. We felt safe and secure knowing...

“Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended.”
