C'è un ingresso recintato, completamente recintato, molta privacy, con una club house, una lussureggiante vista sul giardino paesaggistico verde con un tocco di campagna collinare e paesaggi tropicali, alti pini, querce e palme, due fontane con un flusso d'acqua correndo continuamente intorno al grande patio anteriore e una cucina esterna personalizzata con cucina a gas e barbecue pronto. Ci sono anche 8 grandi fumatori di pozzi a cassettoni, un camino esterno di lusso, pozzo del fuoco (legna fornita), passerella in cemento per il lago e l'intera proprietà, parcheggio in cemento, pallavolo, pallacanestro, canoe, amache, altalene, ombrelloni, panchine, tavoli da picnic , sistema di altoparlanti Bose cablato all'aperto in tutta la proprietà, pali della luce alti personalizzati, una club house dotata di un tavolo da biliardo, air hockey, biliardino, ping pong, una grande TV intelligente con piatto, caffè, fontana di acqua potabile fredda. Martinez Family Vacation 2024

It was awesome! we had an amazing time with the family, it was perfect it had enough rooms, beds, and bathrooms for our 34 people, kitchen was big enough for the ladies to cook big meals. the gazebo was great with all the grills, we did a lot of cooking outdoors. Swimming pool and spa was in use every day. Took a lot of pictures for memories and the view of the outdoors was so pretty. We will be back, we loved it! :)

Paradise Resort is a beautiful property right on Buchanan Dam. The grounds are spectacular and much larger then the photos do it justice. The pool is beautiful. All the family had a great time.

Great Resort

This was really a resort. It was an absolutely fantastic stay. We went through the gates at this property and were in shock! It had a great yard, pool, volleyball court, outdoor barbecue, everything we needed. We especially loved all the little things like all the fresh towels, k-cups, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus the steam room and sauna. We were spoiled! Loved this place and would recommend to anyone.

Really enjoyed our stay here!

Overall we had a wonderful time at this property. It was spacious, clean, and had tons of activities. My only comment would be that it is very far from Austin and the listing doesn’t reflect that accurately.

Beautiful property for groups

This house was really well equipped for groups. We were there with a multi generational family group. Bbq area and patio seating were amazing, e we enjoyed relaxing and looking at the view of the water. We loved the big grass area for games and relaxing. We had a few things break and not work while we were there and they were very quick to fix any issues. The little loft area didn’t work out for us to use and the beds could be more comfortable but other than that, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay again with a large group.

Beautiful property off the beaten path

We had a team annual meeting at this property which provided a fantastic retreat for ten of us to reconnect and launch our 2023. Having good close food options and a great grilling setup along with fun evening settings at the fire pit was a wonderful experience.

October Family reunion

Delightful place for family gathering. Price has risen a lot during last year but still worth it. Most of the gas fired grills did not work and need to be repaired. This was disappointing as most everything else was in good repair.

Everyone was impressed with the property. Lots of activities and a whole lot of different ways to cook for a fair size gathering. Lots of fridge and freezer space too. Update needed to the floor plan layout. It isn’t quite accurate. Host very responsive to questions.

Holy Yoga Retreat

We had a wonderful time. The facilities are great for a large gathering. Management was extremely responsive and the place is well maintained. We have several retreaters planning to stay at Paradise on their own!

Beautiful property!

Absolutely gorgeous houses and outdoor kitchen. Huge! Plenty of space for our crowd. Lighting was bright and kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. Recommended that a pitcher or two be added plus food storage containers. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thanks to the grounds keepers Monce and her hubby and to David for their kind assistance with details.

Lots of outdoor amenities. Property is very well taken care of, with the property manager/staff on the grounds daily cleaning and performing general maintenance. Owner and staff were very accommodating, and responsive. The owner provided his cell phone number and always responded within a matter of minutes. Kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you could need. The only exception being the can opener - it needs to be replaced. 10/10 would recommend this property

Great stay! Photos didn't do it justice!

We had a wonderful time celebrating a (fairly tame) joint bachelor + bachelorette. Sam and David (property manager and handyman respectively) were communicative and helpful. Superb cleanliness and presentation. Very well-stocked (silverware, plates, pots/pans, towels, bath products, TP). Paper towels were the only basics not included (or we couldn't find). Bonuses include a paddleboat, kayaks, heated spa, water features, awesome sound systems (indoor and out). WiFi was not the fastest but that didn't matter to us. Overall this exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Leadership Training Location

We used this venue to conduct a 2 day leadership training for our company. Although there were a few issues with the venue, (door handle kept falling off) the property owner was very attentive and responded quickly to all of our needs. I would like to mention that our check-out was at 11 am and we had the housekeeping team come into the main house and disrupt our closing session around 10:45 am even though they could have started cleaning the 2nd house which we had already moved out of. Maybe tell the staff to wait until 11am before you start the cleaning process. We would definitely use this facility again in the future. It was beautiful.

Great Property, Wonderful Place to Catch Up With Old Friends

A group of eight of us just spent four nights at the property. While the property can obviously accommodate quite a few more people, we loved the fact that there were multiple places where we could all just hang out (great room, dining table, pool/hot tub, outdoor covered seating area). The bedrooms are all as advertised. Some might have one more bed than optimal, but everything is clean, comfortable and well cared for. The views of the lake were fantastic. A couple guys really enjoyed getting out on the kayaks. The pool / hot tub were fantastic and very well cleaned. The hot tub can comfortably fit at least eight people. Some of the outdoor areas could probably use a little updating, in particular the grills, smoker and outdoor couch cushions, but we used them all and were satisfied. Most importantly, both the owner and property manager are incredibly responsive. In the months leading up to our stay, any time I had a question, it never took more than 15 minutes for the owner to respond, which was amazing considering how busy people's lives are. Same thing for the property manager. During our stay he gave me his cell phone number. I reached out to him a few times with questions and he always responded within 5 minutes. That's truly rare these days. Overall, a great experience.

Perfect Resort Type Stay

We had a group of 6 families staying at the property, the resort/paradise home was absolutely stunning! Pool, Hot Tub, and the Outdoor space were used everyday and were in great condition and have amazing views of the lake. David was there everyday to help with anything we needed and took out the trash as well. Would absolutely recommend this property for bigger groups!

We had the best time!

Our large family found this location perfect for us. Thank you for the wonderful home, bunkhouse, pool, land... The updated kitchen was wonderful. We needed the two fridges! You had enough towels for all of us and the crew loved the K-Cup machine (we brought hot chocolate and hot apple cider because we're not coffee drinkers). Thank you for being so good to us. We look forward to staying with you again.
