“Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub! ”

“Very quiet location. Staff helpful but lack knowledge of the area. Indoor pool not heated but whirlpool very nice. Clean and accessible. Close to major highway. ”

“Property was great. I called for late check in, after midnight. After plane delays it was later & the reservation was canceled. I was still charged for the night. ”

“This property was relatively clean but certain things like the remote controller and other things felt disgusting. The walls and doors had dents. The floating floors looked as of they weren't professionally laid and was placed on top of uneven flooring. The continental breakfast was a joke. They had eggos from the grocery store that could be toasted, fruit loops and raisin bran cereals. They had juice and coffee but no hot eggs, no meat, no fruit, no yogurt, nothing. So really the option was...

“Bedding and shower liner had stains all over. It was supposed to be a smoke free floor but the whole floor smelled like cigarettes. First night there the fire alarm rang for about an hour straight at 2AM. ”
