“This is not the first time this has happened to my wife and I. The key cards kept failing in the room lock. We had to have the room keys a few times causing quite and inconvenience with our trip. The next time we book with a Comfort Suites, they should be free.”

“This place was very welcoming as soon as you pull in. The building is in very good condition and in the perfect location to explore Waco. Close to ALOT of food and beverage options. We were here for the food and the Silos, which were also great! Didn't deal with the staff to much, they were helpful when needed. Our room was great! We had the executive room for 2 nights. “You get hit in the face with the smell of marijuana as soon as you walk in the entrance. The hallways and stairwells are dark and stuffy. The building sits beside a busy, noisy highway. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. ”
