“This property is not up-to-date. I selected certain amenities during my search, only to find out that they are not available at this location. The water was not getting hot, and the iron barely worked. The pool was inoperable, and the breakfast was gone before the time was up. ”

“I booked through Expedia my total cost was $343.36 I was charged $405.48 then another charge of $443.36 total of over $800 for a two night stay. I have called Embassy Suited and different phone numbers all have given me the run around for better billing. Thid is unprofessional and abuse of billing! ”

“Didn’t live up to the way it was advertised. 4 star hotel (vip access) but wifi is 15usd unless you have a Marriot account, when I made one I still got charged and staff didn’t do nothing about it didn’t even look like they cared. Staff aren’t really welcoming and you can find better rooms in any other hotel ”
