“Before I booked this hotel, it stated that self-parking was available, but it didn’t mention a $16 parking fee. I’ve traveled to Los Angeles many times and have never been charged for hotel parking before. I understand that hotels in downtown areas often charge for parking, but I wasn’t expecting a hotel in the Hacienda Heights/Orange County area to have a parking fee, especially since it wasn’t disclosed before I booked.”

“Staff was relatively rude. Upon asking for the WiFi password, they seemed bothered. When I asked about local recommendations, they responded with “I don’t live in the area,” and stared at me. It was late and I was tired”

“Booked and paid online for 1 rooms, when I got to property they wanted me to pay for an additional room even though receipt I had showed 2 rooms paid for 1 night. Spent almost an hour outside at night in the cold trying to get it sorted with expedia and hotel. The desk clerk was rude and said there was nothing going they could do. In the end, i have to wait for a refund 7 to 10 buisness days from expedia and had to pay upfront again for a room. When I finally do get my 2 rooms, the sheets are...

“The customer service at the front desk was horrible.. I booked a room with the fridge and unfortunately had to beg the maintenance guy to bring us a fridge once again the front desk guy had a horrible attitude.”

“Very dirty, tv did not work, no “24 hour” front desk service, there is only one person at the front desk, and he is extremely rude. Most of the time he is sleeping, and when guests need something he makes guests wait a long time, and then it takes forever for him to fix the problem whichever this may be.”

“place smelled like stinky feet, the premises did not smell clean as well as the room. the kitchene and some items were stained. the remote control did not work. trash was visible throughout the hallways. old dirty looking suites and premises.”

“Hotel had roaches. Old soap in the shower with hair. Microwave was disgusting and my bed had hair in it used toilet paper was left u see the seat. Horrible hotel and to be honest I’m sure some of the stuff is against build code like the wall outlet being exposed with no cover.”
