“The hotel is located right on the river, I had a room with a view. It is in a very nice area, full of shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts. The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm. I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”

“We were expecting a typical US suite when we booked this. We were blown away by the property. Separate king-size bedrooms with their own bathrooms, full kitchen, small pool, deck overlooking the beach. It was amazing place and are anxious to stay there again.”

“Front desk and all the staff were amazing.My room was out of this world going back in time.I was in awe looking at my chandelier,fireplace along with the claw foot bathtub.I used the 7th floor pool which had amazing views of the city and wonderful bartender and drinks.Breakfast was great on the 2nd floor along with decorated room with a site to be hold! Felt like a king..”

“Beautiful spotless room and its accessories/artwork. Amazing views of the ocean, shoreline, and mountains from the room balcony. The hotel is on a mountain and probably the property with the best views in entire PV. The staff is courteous, polite and helpful and willing to help out with any questions. Wonderful pools and seating area on the roof and on the lower floors. Overall a great experience.”
