“Super cool hotel right in the heart of Birmingham. If you’re tired of the same crowded “standard” hotel experience, this place is a refreshing change. No packed lobby, long front desk lines, or chaos — just a smooth, modern virtual check-in experience from start to finish. The hotel itself felt brand new or newly remodeled, and everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully done. Great location, unique atmosphere, and overall just a really easy and enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here...

Sometimes I waited at my door for over 10 min for security/maintenance to arrive to let me in. Zero amenities or compensation offered for the significant inconvenience. ”
