“We stayed from a Sunday to a Tuesday. It wasn't overly busy. The breakfast was reasonable. The space to eat breakfast was small, but we managed. As I said, it wasn't too busy. The pool wasn't huge, but was refreshing. It wasn't open the morning we checked out. The room was clean and well maintained. The night before checkout, I called the front desk and specifically asked for a one-hour late checkout extension until noon. The receptionist told me it would be fine and said to just call in the morning to confirm with housekeeping. The next morning, I called as instructed and was abruptly told no extension would be granted. Completely inconsistent communication between staff. The bigger issue was the condition...
