“The spa was fantastic as was the gym. Breakfast came with lots of choice in a wonderful setting. I enjoyed going to nearby Fisherman’s Wharf for dinner. The staff was what made this place particularly fantastic. I highly recommend this place !”

“All of the staff were helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff on the 4th was very as efficient and kept the room tidy. The wait staff in the restaurant were helpful and even ensured that my order was cooked with no spices due to digestive problems. The hotel was in a safe location and the river view from my room was excellent. “Das Zimmer war zwecksmäßig eingerichtet mit Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Ventilator und Balkon. Es war nicht ganz so sauber, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstüco war gut, es gab zwei indische Optionen, frisches Obst und Eierspeisen auf Bestellung. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Stadtstrand und in 30-40 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Lage ist ruhig. Wenn der Anspruch nicht zu hoch ist, kann ich es weiterempfehlen. ”

“We had one of the best experience in Merlot Suites! The rooms were so clean, nice with an amazing views. The pool was also so clean ! The hotel location is close to everywhere and quite the same time. The breakfast was tasty with variety in each day ! The staff were so kind and helpful more than any other place that we have been.. “Terrible service. Loud noise on ground floor, put us there even though I booked a superior suite three weeks ago indicating I was staying with a young child. The pool is a little more than a bath tub at the back. No room to relax ”
